Turns and Berms:  Advanced Cornering  Skill Level 3, Fitness Level 3
    • Races are won (or lost) in the corners.  For the rest of us, advanced skill in the corners leads to greater traction and thus, more control in both flat and bermed corners.  This is the MOST overlooked skill in most mountain bikers’ progression.
Intro to Drops:  Rolls and Steeps  Skill Level 3, Fitness Level 3
    • While drops are similar to jumps, they are a distinct skill.  Keen to get your wheels off the ground?  This is a great place to start and will set you up to be more confident in your everyday riding and ready to move into advanced drops or intro to jumps.
Intro to Jumps:  Wheels Off the Ground  Skill Level 3, Fitness Level 3
    • There’s a little jump on one of your favourite trails and you keep saying you’re going to hit it, right?  This intro to jumps clinic will get you set up to progress to your immediate jumping goals and ready to consider bigger things in the future.
Advanced Drops:  Going Down?  Skill Level 4, Fitness Level 3
    • So you’re comfortable with small drops and rolls or maybe you took the Intro to Drops already?  Let’s take it to the next level and look at not simply bigger drops but also drops of different shapes at different speeds.
Advanced Jumps:  Cleared for Take-Off  Skill Level 4, Fitness Level 3
    • Are you consistently cleaning the small jumps?  Or maybe you already took the Intro to Jumps clinic?  This is the clinic to build your skill and confidence on the bigger jumps (4 - 6 feet), including small gaps.  Like the advanced drops, we’ll look at not only bigger jumps but also some different shapes and speeds.
