This is the perfect mountain bike clinic for a tune-up course if you’re just starting to enjoy the local trails on your mountain bike or you want to focus on establishing a strong base for your skills in order to progress to the next level of fun!
- Safety and trail etiquette
- Shifting, braking and speed control
- Position and Balance for climbing and descending
- Cornering – introduction
- Terrain Awareness: trail scanning, line choice, maneuvering over/around obstacles
Skill Level: 1 Green – Beginner with little or no experience
Fitness Level: 1 – 2
