Join us for MTB 10 over 2, 3-hour sessions.

  • Safety and trail etiquette
  • Shifting, braking and speed control
  • Position and Balance for climbing and descending
  • Cornering – introduction
  • Terrain Awareness:  trail scanning, line choice, manoeuvring over/around obstacles
  • Basic trailside maintenance:  Basic shifting and brake adjustment, flats, suggested repair kits

Skill Level:  1 Green – Beginner with little or no experience
